Cable Burner Prosecuted by Wrexham Council | Wrexham.com: A Brynteg man has been found guilty by Wrexham Magistrates of burning cable to recover metal despite being warned by Environmental Health Officers to stop. The successful prosecution was brought by Wrexham Council’s Public Protection Department
Mr John Wayne Clutton of Rockwood Road, did not appear in court and in his absence was fined £1,500 and was ordered to pay costs of £965 following the incidents last year.
