Worker dies in tree-cutting accident in Jacksonville's Ortega Forest | jacksonville.com: A 41-year-old worker on a tree-cutting crew was killed Monday evening in Ortega Forest when a limb cut from a tree fell and struck him in the head, Jacksonville police said.
Police said three men were in the back yard of the home in the 4200 block of Ortega Forest Drive when one of them cut the average-size limb while working above the victim.
