Romanian cargo ship involved in accident on Danube River in Slovakia - The Slovak Spectator: A Romanian-flagged cargo vessel was involved in an accident on the Danube River in Slovakia in the small hours of Wednesday, January 9, morning.
The ship ran into a sandbank near Medveďov (Trnava Region) at around 02:30. A rescue team dispatched to assist the ship then had difficulty locating it, as it had lost power.
