Restaurant faces hygiene charges - Local news - Worksop Guardian: THE owner of a Worksop town centre restaurant is being prosecuted for allegedly flouting hygiene regulations.

Mohammed Abdul Kashem is facing 15 charges relating to the contravening of several food hygiene regulations at Monsoon, on Ryton Street.The charges have been brought about by Bassetlaw Council’s environmental health department.Kashem, the owner of the Indian restaurant, was due to appear at Worksop Magistrates’ Court on Friday afternoon but failed to turn up.
