Could no-stand policy have prevented ferry injuries? | The Asbury Park Press NJ |

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, N.J. — A no-standing policy might have reduced the number of passengers injured in Wednesday's accident in which a commuter ferry struck a pier, but experts say it would be as hard to enforce as on trains and buses.
