Accident Kills Two Construction Workers | Baltimore News | WBAL Radio 1090 AM: Two highway construction workers are dead after being hit by a car along Pulaski Highway in Cecil County Wednesday morning.
State police say for some unknown reason, the driver of a Ford Focus crossed into a clearly marked construction site near Belevedere Road, hitting the two highway workers. Both were declared dead at the scene.
Investigators say the driver refused medical treatment at the scene and is now being questioned at the Northeast State Police Barrack.
