Roadside utility worker killed during storm by motorist in Chautauqua County - City & Region - The Buffalo News: A utility worker was killed during Wednesday’s snow storm when hit by a car in Chautauqua County, just south of the Village of Westfield.State police said that Billy J. Johnson II, of Crown City, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene, on Route 394. Troopers said visibility was poor during the crash because of blowing snow, and that the roads were icy.
