Five injured in Vancouver scaffold collapse - KHL Group: Five workers were injured in a scaffolding collapse Oct. 25 in Shaughnessy, Vancouver, Canada.
The workers fell almost 10 feet while installing a staircase at a home near the 1500 block of West 28th Ave. near Granville St. in Shaughnessy.
