Severn Trent has been fined more than �100,000 for supplying water that was unfit for human consumption or had not been disinfected properly. | This is Derbyshire: SEVERN Trent has been fined more than �100,000 for supplying water that was unfit for human consumption or had not been disinfected properly.
The company admitted 16 charges in a hearing at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court yesterday, which was brought against the firm on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
