Pa. courthouse dome broken by falling scaffold bar - abc27 WHTM: SOMERSET, Pa. (AP) - The metal detector in a western Pennsylvania county courthouse was set to beeping for an unusual reason: a metal bar from a scaffold that fell through a glass window in the building's dome.
The Daily American of Somerset (http://bit.ly/RLxPNm ) reports nobody was hurt in the incident Tuesday, though the Somerset County sheriff's deputy who mans the detector at the courthouse entrance was a little startled.
