Workplace Safety and Health Council: Worker Ran Over by Reversing Lorry
A lorry driver was fatally injured by a reversing tipper lorry at a scrap metal yard. The deceased was walking towards his lorry when another was reversing at the time and ran over him. He was sent to hospital but eventually succumbed to his injuries.
