Fire exits at building still blocked: The Director of Fire Services, Chan Chor-kam, says fire exits at two locations in an old building that were hit by a deadly fire last year remain blocked. The building is located on Fa Yuen Street in Mongkok - the scene of a fire that left nine people dead.
