Takeaway owner rapped over food hygiene breaches (From Swindon Advertiser): A CHINESE takeaway has been slammed by health officers and fined �1,500 for failing to maintain cleanliness.
Yim Mou Chan, owner of Chan’s Kitchen, in Liden Village Centre, pleaded guilty to five charges of breaching food hygiene regulations at Swindon Magistrates Court.
Mr Chan, who was represented by Emma Thacker, spoke through a translator as he admitted the offences.
