Vic trawler captain affected by alcohol: The master of a fishing trawler that ran aground in Victoria's Port Phillip Bay was affected by alcohol and fatigue at the time of the accident, a report has found.
The 27-metre Lady Cheryl sank near Point Nepean at 1.20am (AEDT) on March 24 after hitting an outlying reef, spilling about 30,000 litres of diesel oil.
