Worker killed in fall into machine in Williamston | WCNC.com Charlotte

 WILLIAMSTON, S.C. (AP) -- Authorities say a worker has died after falling into a machine at a metal fabrication plant in Anderson County.

Investigators say the man was working on a machine Tuesday morning at Stanco Metal Products in Williamston when he lost his footing and fell into it.

Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore says authorities are still investigating exactly what happened. The worker's name has not been released.
