Man admits lying about asbestos removal | WIVB.com: BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An employee of a company that was supposed to clean out the asbestos from the former Kensington Towers has pleaded guilty to charges he falsified inspection reports. Henry Hawkins, 43, of Buffalo was employed by JMD Environmental as an air sampling technician and project monitor. Hawkins admitted in federal court that he gave the vacant building a pass, even though he was well aware that not all of the asbestos had been removed by the company.
