Factory worker died after her head was caught in machine | News & Crier Latest News in St Neots, Huntingdon & St Ives | Events & Sports In Huntingdon: A�factory worker died from a severe head injury when a printing machine started while she was inside, an inquest has heard.
The machine had been left on when Zydre Groblyte, 23, went inside to refill the inking system.
Miss Groblyte, an agency worker from Lithuania, had been instructing a colleague on how to use the machine at RGE Engineering in Godmanchester when the accident happened on April 27 this year.
