Takeaway boss may be jailed for hygiene breach (From The Bolton News): A TAKEAWAY boss has been told he could face jail after hygiene inspectors found a catalogue of problems at his town centre restaurant.
The court heard that The Nile, in Bradshawgate, had two onion bhajis “deemed unfit for human consumption” on display, while inspectors also found mouldy meat being stored at the fast food joint.
