Ministry to probe work accident at dam | Stuff.co.nz: The Business, Innovation and Employment Ministry is expected to conduct an investigation into an accident at the Clyde Dam last month, where a man fell and broke his leg

An internal investigation by the man's employer has been completed.

The 50-year-old man was employed by international industrial electrical and mechanical contractor Transfield Services.
Transfield Services' major clients in Clyde were Transpower and Contact Energy.
