Warning over harmful eye shadow: The Consumer Council says two eye shadow products have been found to contain excessive amounts of lead and bacteria, and it's warned people to stop using them immediately.
One sample, VOV Eye Shadow Soft Light Shine, was found to contain lead content which exceeded the mainland standard by nine times and the Taiwan standard by 19 times. The Council said prolonged exposure may have an adverse impact on health.
