Shipping accidents kill another two workers | Mining Australia: A worker for iron ore mover Inco Ships has died in an accident and another man is dead in suspicious circumstances aboard one of the world's largest coal ships in Newcastle.
AdelaideNow reports the Inco Ships worker died on an offshore platform in South Australia's Spencer Gulf and SafeWork SA is investigating the incident.
ABC News reports New South Wales police are also investigating the death of a crewman on a coal carrier in Newcastle.
