Council cuts down kids' rope swing over fears they could hang themselves - Daily Record: A TREE rope swing has been cut down by a spoilsport council, who say kids could hang
themselves on it.
The swing, torn down by Dundee council worker earlier this week, was in a communal garden in the city’s Charleston area.
Council officials insisted the swing was a hazard but residents said it was “health and safety gone mental”.
