Boss guilty of poor hygiene at Leamington restaurant - Local - Leamington Courier: A JUDGE has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Leamington restaurant boss who failed to turn up to be sentenced for breaching a number of food hygiene regulations.



Amer El Sawi, who ran the Fairuz 2 restaurant in Augusta Place, Leamington, had pleaded guilty to a total of 23 breaches of regulations under the Food Hygiene Act.But when he was due to be sentenced at Warwick Crown Court, El Sawi, 42, of Lower Ford Street, Coventry, failed to turn up, and prosecutor Andrew Nuttall said: “He’s nowhere to be found.”
