2012 - 08/23/2012 - US Department of Labor's OSHA cites Gainesville, Ga., recycler for exposing workers to safety and health hazards: GAINESVILLE, Ga. – World Recycling Inc. in Gainesville has been cited with 24 safety and health violations by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration for exposing workers to a variety of hazards. Proposed penalties total $74,400 following an inspection initiated in March due to a complaint OSHA received alleging hazards.
