Over 100 Senegalese orange-pickers kept in the same house and working for no pay

Over 100 Senegalese orange-pickers kept in the same house and working for no pay: SENEGALESE nationals duped into slavery by false promises of secure, full-time jobs picking oranges have been freed from the 'squalor' they were living in, police say.

At the time they were found, over 60 west Africans were found living in one small farmhouse near Sueca (Valencia), sleeping in bunk-beds, with no running hot or sanitation, and in extremely filthy and unhygienic conditions.
